DnB Web Site Really Sucks. I can't even register my company with them? What is going on with them? Poor Company and they are reporting on us? WOW! They need to get a clue and a new web site.
DnB can definitely be a challenge to work with but it will always be worth it since they are one of the biggest business credit bureaus.
DnB makes it impossible to do all the things Dustin does in his online training video. I managed to get my D-U-N-S Number, but as far as inputting information into their system,.......yeah right. They make you call them now to discuss the issue further. I couldn't find the "Free" duns offer anywhere on their entire site.
They want you to buy their $449 dollar package.
So I just asked the lady about my Paydex score, and she told me it was a 53. Now what the heck do I do? I guess I should shut down my existing corporation and start another one from scratch. Maybe I should just pay their $450 and analyze what the heck is going on. If my company wasn't so far in the tank, I guess I wouldn't have an issue with paying their fee. But since we are so far in, I'll take anything for free at this point in time.
Also, if you are using Mozilla Firefox on their website, they recommend that you use Internet Explorer instead. Firefox has issues on http://www.dnb.com/us website.

Another thing, the applications at places like Office Depot and Uline all ask for personal guarantee information and your SSN. Will they still report your business credit to dnb and corporate Esperian even though they have your SSN?

Okay, I take back a few Items I said from my last message. Accessing the FREE area for a DUNS number is just like Dustin said it was. But some time ago, I was given a DUNS number, but never through their website. Probably a rep from DnB called me for some basic info when I started the company.
Also, I was never given a password for my account, so trying to call dnb and getting one is like pulling teeth. I'll try to keep going with this. I'll let everyone know how it goes.
